American Citizen not residing in PR
Students from the United States who are not Puerto Rico residents will pay the tuition fee and other fees established by current programs for Puerto Rico residents and will be charged a differential according to the state of origin, in accordance with the principle of reciprocity established in Circular Letter Num. 83-19.
