Start Up Fee (Including Pre Site Evaluation and Site Initiation visit), $3,000

  • Pre site evaluation: Evaluating and preparing facilities for a potential clinical trial site.
  • Site Initiation visit: Training study staff on the protocol, reviewing all necessary documentation and equipment, conducting a site tour, and discussing procedures for patient recruitment, data collection, and safety reporting to ensure the site is prepared for the clinical trial.
  • Start Up: Materials/supplies (binders, paper, labels, printing, thermometers) required to conduct the study; staff Training, IP storage area, source document preparation, security.
Site Visit

Accountability + Dispensation, $150* per study participant study visit

  • Receipt, storage, review, IP dispensation, registry/reports, etc.
    * could change base on study complexity.
Records

Monitoring visits, $300 per occurrence

  • Activities focus on the investigational product (IP), including checking inventory, verifying dispensing records, proper storage, and handling. All pharmacy-related documents are reviewed. Confirm that the site is following the protocol, discrepancies (if any) are discussed and clarified to ensure safety and data integrity. Support the monitor in preparing IP returns and coordinating pick up. (4–6 hrs).
Monitoring

Staff Trainings (specifically required by studies), $70 hr/staff

  • Attendance to compulsory trainings on protocol revisions
Investigacion

Closeout Visit, $1,000

  • Complete investigational product (IP) accountability, ensuring unused IP is accounted for return or destruction, verifying and reconciling all drug logs, confirming all storage conditions and temperature logs are compliant. All drug-related documents are complete and properly archived. (4–6 hrs).
